When a success message appears, download the OTR smartphone application for facial recognition. Wait till you receive a successful OTR notice. 
  • After receiving confirmation for OTR, proceed to apply for scholarships
  • Select the Apply for Scholarship option.
  • Complete the online application or registration form, attach the relevant documents, and send it.
