Key Steps in the UP Scholarship Pre-Matric Process
- Online Registration: Eligible students must register within the timeline window.
- Application Submission: Complete the online application form on or before 31st October 2024 and physically deliver your application form to your school by or on 8th November 2024.
- Verification and Corrections: The verification procedure is done jointly by the educational institutions and the District School Inspector. Students will be able to correct the applications from 29th November 2024 to 5th December 2024.
- Final Scholarship Disbursement: Students will, therefore, receive the scholarship money on or before 28th January 2025.

Key Steps in the UP Scholarship Post-Matric Process
- Phase 1 begins on 12th July 2024, and students must submit their applications by 16th November 2024.
- Phase 2 starts on 17th November 2024 and runs until 31st December 2024.
- Verification and Disbursement: On the same dates as the Pre-Matric Scholarship, data in both phases gets validated at different levels to avoid fraud or misappropriation. By March 2025, the committee will transfer the funds to the Aadhar-linked accounts of students.
